Description

 again some months are over, but we all within the development team are sure that its
time to release v23 SP2 as final to focus our work full into v24. 
i hope the time till v24 gets final will not be so long but from the current project state i'm pretty sure it
will before christmas

- and uncounted smaller improvements, gui changes and fixes as well as updated linux packages
