Install Notes:
1. Install Microsoft® Office Professional 2010 as a trial using one of the given keys, and do not run.
2. Run the file "Office 2010 Toolkit.exe" 
3. Now, click on EZ-Activator, and wait a while until it finishes the process of activation.
4. DONE!
I have not tested this option, so I can not vouch for it's authenticity.

Download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4

Close all Microsoft Office 2010 Applications

Download and install: Office Key Remover

You will need to run app with administrator rights - just agree and it will restart the application. Note: the window does not appear to the front - so watch your bottom application bar.
Run and Remove key for Microsoft Office 2010
and Quit

Open any Microsoft Office 2010 Application
you will be asked for a new PRODUCT KEY

you can re-enter your trial Product Key code for another 29 days

If you get one that works - Microsoft will complete the activation updated process across all your applications.
Close all Microsoft Office 2010 Applications
exit and quit ignoring all popups and activations prompts
Open any Microsoft Office 2010 Application
Select Activate by phone
Select your country and dial the number
Note this is anonymous - so if you get things wrong just go back and try again with a different product key.
Note: Phone options may vary per country
Press (1) for product activation
enter the 6 digits x 8 (48 numbers)
At the end it will verify your key - You are most likely to get an error - product key has exceeded it install limit
Listen to the phone prompts
Select you are reinstalling on the same PC it was previously installed
I thinks it option 1 and the option 1 again. just follow the prompts and be logical as if you were re-installing a legitimate copy.
The phone voice will read out 8 set of 6 digits - write these down and type them into the activation fields A B C D E F G H
Microsoft will complete the activation updated process across all your applications.
