I had promised that to my friends and I did it...





Yes ...It's not fake !!! 35 MB Cubase 5 Power Production Machine...





This is a fully portable installation of the main machine of Cubase 5,without any


vst2-3 or Halion one or effects of CB5 and the reason is to see this beast working.


The installer let you install it (except preset dir),anywhere you like and that file can be copied to any other computer that VST2 or VST3 plugins are present.





Nothing is written to your computer (Doggle drivers ect), because it's fully emulated ,can be used with older USB Emulation Key ,without destroying it and can share the majority of VST plugins that other music programs already manage ,from VSTPlugin file.

Important notice:

If you have changed VST directories,(adding f.e. extra file directories), in folder "Steinberg/VSTPlugins",this will lead to crash Cubase 5 every time you pick up a VST instrument ,and therefore ,is essential to keep this file untouched at its original state. Otherwise do not try it.

I let you know that crashes are something that you must get used to.


First of all because it's an unusual way to manipulate that suite of 18 GB with that powerful USB locking ,in some Mbs variation ,with the same machine specifications and needs much more time to accomplish that somehow, and second ,the majority of older VST plugins we use ,are un-compatible with Cubase 5.


The good thing is that crashes never lead to blue screen or restarting.
