This is part 1 of LA Riots II, the most exclusive tournament in the USA, featuring 8 of the best Street Fighter 4 players in Southern California.  The tournament was held on January 20, 2010 and broadcasted live on TheStream.tv.  The second half of this tournament can also be found on MiniNova.
