Para começar devem ir às preferências do jogo e retirar a opção de "usar cache de skin". 

agora,para a publicidade dar teem ke substituir os ficheiros antigos... 
1º apagarr o ficheiro graphics.fmf que se encontra em: 
C:Program/Files/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2010/data... 
não coloquem aqui nada e ja esta feito,agora o jogo irá ler os ficheiros que já estão prontos na pasta graphics que preparei!!! 
Depois é só extraírem a pasta graphics que acabaram de fazer o download para a seguinte pasta: 
C:\Users\"Nome do Utilizador"\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\ou colocam esta pasta graphics ou substituem pela antiga! 

podem acrescentar skins, basta coloca-las aqui: 
C:\Users\"Nome do Utilizador"\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\skins 

isto tudo é igual a: 
fotos jogadores/staff/arbitros/dirigentes: 62.558 faces (2,52 GB) 
logos: todos (810 MB) 
equipamentos: todos (35,4 MB) 
bolas: nenhumas mas ja tem a pasta no graphics pronta a receber bolas.... 
redes: 2 
publicidade nas placas: muita (40 MB) 

99.226 ficheiros em 122 pastas 
tamanho no disco 3,45 GB

To start should go to the preferences of the game and remove the option to "use skin cache". 

Now, for advertising to teem ke replace the old files ... 
1 apagarr file graphics.fmf which is available at: 
C: Program / Files / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2010/data ... 
not put here and nothing is done, now the game will read the files that are ready in the graphics I made! 
Then just extract the folder graphics that just download it to the following folder: 
C: \ Users \ "User Name" \ Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2010 \ folder or place it graphics or replace the old! 

can add skins, just put them here: 
C: \ Users \ "User Name" \ Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2010 \ skins 

all this is: 
Photos players / staff / arbitrators / managers: 62,558 faces (2.52 GB) 
logos: all (810 MB) 
equipment: all (35.4 MB) 
balls: no but already have a folder on the graphics ready to receive balls .... 
networks: 2 
advertising boards: many (40 MB)
