To apply, put your iPhone in DFU mode (connect to USB, hold Power and Home buttons exactly 10 seconds, release Power button but keep holding Home button until iTunes detects a phone in recovery mode even though the screen will be totally black). Then shift-click Restore (option-click Restore on Mac) and feed iTunes this IPSW.
