Open Control Panel then Regional and Language Options "then" Keyboards and Languages "and finally" install / uninstall languages "follow the steps on screen and when prompted to open windows update or scan a computer or network select the latter.
Then look in the dvd LP.cab file corresponding to the 32/64 bit version installed.
