 Released today, 13/7/10 the most up to date service pack for Windoes 7 32 bit AND 64 bit.
Tried and tested, it works, although it takes about 20 minutes to install.

Double click the setup.exe file and it will install the correct version for you.

No brain work required, no unpacking the ISO.
