You have to have Windows Virtual PC already installed , it`s not included in this torrent .
WINDOWS98 SE installed on Microsoft VM (Windows Virtual PC - for Windows XP Mode on Win7 ). Just create a new VM in Microsoft VM and attach the 98se.vhd file to virtual Hard Disk .The other settings are 256 RAM an all the rest leave default settings . At Windows7 you can find "create new virtual pc" button on top of the windows explorer just under the address bar . You get there the following way >Strat>All Programs>Window Virtual PC>Windows Virtual PC and will open a explorer window with your Windows XP Mode , which you probably have already installed with Windows Virtual PC Windows XP mode for Windows 7 .
