 This is Microsoft media collect tool. It was written for windows 7n and kn. Windows released with out media player and the likes.To be honest i didn't even know that the made windows without it.Any7way I am posting this because i have run into more than  a few times that i have needed to reinstall media player. and instead had to re-install windows7. with this you may not have to it also may fix other problems with media player as well.
