General info Trial Reset v2.3 (Cracked by BOX!):

Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 resets the license registration data of Avira 10. 
Each time the license is about expiring a new 30 days trial license can be 
acquired by running Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 just once. A new 30 days trial 
license key is acquired within a few seconds, incl. all features and updates.  
No need to uninstall the Trial Reset since there's nothing to uninstall.


Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 (file size = 495 kB) is for the trial versions of:

- Avira AntiVir Premium 10 
- Avira Premium Security Suite 10 

* Tested on WinXP (x86) and Win7 (x86/x64). 
* Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 doesn't work on Avira 10 "demo versions".
* Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 may not work with the latest patches/updates.

> Note: When running Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 (if Avira is installed) it will try 
to access internet to check if there's a new version of the Avira10_Trial_Reset. 
The connection is NOT required to reset Avira and can be blocked by using e.g. 
a firewall (set traffic to manually controlled). Another option: Open your firewall
settings and from Program Control block (e.g.) -> C:\.\Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3.exe 



Installation notes:

Install Avira 10, and select "Test product" to download a trial license.
Once the key is about expiring start with step 1 (skip point A, B, and C). 


>> In case during installation a trial license can't be acquired or gives an error:

A. Click on "hbedv.key" at "I already have a valid hbedv.key License file." 
B. Browse to the license folder and select the "HBEDV.key" file.
C. Continue the installation.


>> After having installed Avira 10 with the license, or if Avira 10 is already 
   installed and about expiring:

1. Disable Avira AntiVir Guard (since Avira may block Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3). 
   Another option is to add Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 to Avira's Exception list. 

2. Run Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3.   

3. It's recommended to select [Manual Reset] since [Auto Reset] may fail.

4. Click the [Reset] button.

5. The Avira license wizard will start, and select "Test product".

6. Make sure that by now you're connected to internet, and then click "Next".

7. At the registration window enter any title, first name, surname, email, country.

8. Click "Next" to acquire a new 30 days trial license for Avira 10. 

9. Done! Now enable Avira AntiVir Guard again. 


** No need to uninstall the Trial Reset since there's nothing to uninstall.

** Once the license is about expiring just run the Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 again.

** To add a (new) license key (afterwards): Start Avira-> Help-> License Management.



NOTE:

The Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 works for all new Avira 10 virus definitions updates.
So far the Avira10_Trial_Reset_v2.3 also works for all the Avira 10 program updates.
However, to disable downloading Avira product updates in case of possible errors: 
1. Start Avira and go to "Configuration".
2. Check/enable the "Expert mode" box. 
3. At "Update" -> "Product updates" select "Do not download product updates". 
4. At "Update" -> "Product updates" also  disable "Notify if product updates 
   are available".
5. Also do NOT use the tab "Update" -> "Start product update...".
