Bob is very excited - Christmas is coming and his twin brother Tom, a zoologist in the Arctic Circle, is coming home for the first time in years. With all his usual pals around him, and a host of new friends too, Bob is looking forward to his best Christmas ever! 
First though Bob and his team have their work cut out to prepare for a fabulous free Christmas concert to be given by Lennie and the Lazers. There's lots to be done and of course Bob wants to get everything right for Tom's visit. 
Unfortunately things don't go quite to plan, and while Bob tries to sort out the mess he hears that Tom has been delayed. 
Will Bob finish building the stage in time for the concert? Will he be able to make his traditional appearance as Santa? Will Tom manage to complete the long journey from the Arctic Circle?
