To join in seeding on a repack you need to download the .torrent file of the repack. Just get the torrent like you normally would, but set the files you have to 'do not download' or 'skip'. 

uTorrent directions: 

1. Stop the torrent if it doesn't stop automatically. 
2. Right-click the torrent and choose 'Advanced -> Set download location...' and choose the location of your files on your computer. 
3. Right-click the torrent again and choose 'Force Re-Check'. If you have all the episodes this will need to get to 100%. 
4. Start the torrent again as usual. It should now be labeled 'seeding'.
