Description

 This offbeatcrime comedy involving a wannabe boxer, his screw-up sidekick and someshady mob characters is just so (funny) money. Swingers auteurJon Favreau offers another sweet combo (writer, producer and actor) asthe struggling, um, swinger who does odd jobs for an L.A. mob-head tomake ends meet. And that's while juggling the antics of his strippergirlfriend (Famke Janssen) and constantly making amends for the brutishstupidity of his childhood friend (Vince Vaughn). When the guys getsent to NYC to make a drop, they land in the service of anone-too-tolerable hipster (Sean "Puffy" Combs), and shoot themselvesin the foot, repeatedly. Even if P. Diddy kills the mood, Favreau andVaughn's offscreen friendship radiates here, and their comic timing andchemistry are sharper than their best Swingers moments. Consider these Made men reinstated.
