Lady en Vagebond hebben het niet al te makkelijk met de opvoeding van hun ondeugende Rakker. Dit lieve beestje heeft het door zijn onstuimigheid altijd gedaan. In zijn drang naar avontuur 



waagt Rakker zich ver van huis. Hij ontmoet de charmante en eigenwijze Twinkel, die hem voorstelt aan 'De Straathonden Gang'. Wanneer Rakker bij deze groep wil horen, moet hij zich zien te 



bewijzen in een wel zeer heldhaftige test. De stoere leider Boris wil het 'deze huishond' namelijk absoluut niet te makkelijk maken. Zal Rakker kiezen zoor het spannende leven op straat of 



voor de onvoorwaardelijke liefde van zijn familie thuis.

junkyard pup Scamp's age, longs for the safety and comfort of life in a family and the two become instant companions. Will Scamp choose the wild and free life of a stray or the
