A killer is on the loose knocking off women and leaving metal half-moon tokens behind at the scene of the crimes. The police are baffled and following one dead-end lead after another. The killer's one mistake was not completely finishing off one of his seven intended female victims as she unbeknownst to him survived his attack and is mounting a plan with the police to capture this menace once and for all.
