 This is actually just the x64 installation files packed with the crack from the x86 release...

Works fine on my Intel Quadcore - Vista x64 Home Edit.

To install:

Turn off Bluetooth, and remove your USB-dongle if present.
Then uninstall BlueSoleil if present.

Reboot and install IVT_BlueSoleil_6.2.227.11_for_64bit_OSSetup.exe

Press NO when the installation has finished and wants to reboot.

Replace both files from the Crack-directory to the installation-directory.

That would in most cases be something like 
C:Program Files (x86)IVT CorporationBlueSoleil

Reboot.

Plug-in your USB-Bluetooth unit and (hopefully) enjoy like i,
the x64 version using a x86 crack, installing all the shit your unit can... :)

If you have problems uninstalling previous versions of BlueSoleil, i will recommend using Vista Manager (freeware, google!) to uninstall, and clean up the registry database, while keeping your USB-dongles unplugged.

This has been troubled me a lot, but now i have two dongles working like a charm.
